On the Asheville Hop On & Hop Off Trolley Tour, you'll learn about Asheville's early settlers, famous citizens and illustrious authors through interesting stories and colorful anecdotes. See for yourself a city rich in architecture, history and the arts: alive and inviting!

There is no better way to discover what Asheville has to offer than on this trolley tour. Hop aboard the nostalgic red trolley for a fully narrated journey, highlighting the history, homes and hot spots of this "City of Surprises." Your ticket will be valid for two consecutive days. This tour is available March through December with frequent hop-on-hop-off departures from April to mid-November.

Enjoy touring at your own pace. Choose to remain on board the trolley for a comprehensive one hour 45 minutes tour, or hop off at any of the 9 trolley stops to shop, dine and explore, then re-board the next trolley to continue your tour.

Summary:

Tour does NOT include hotel pick ups. Child rate is for ages 5 to 11, children ages 4 and under are free. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-713-7421. There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

You can board the trolley at any of the 9 stops, but the tour loop begins at the Visitor Center where there is free parking.
